FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years experience in the Locksmith industry
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If a Massachusetts Locksmith tells you he has a "locksmith license"....he is lying. There is NO licensure for Locksmiths in Ma. If a price sounds too good to be true..as in a $29.00 service call....then it is a scam. Be wary of fake handymen pretending to be locksmiths. They will end up costing you more and you'll get less for your money and possibly a wrecked door.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In what condition are the current locks? Are new locks necessary or is a simple re-key (making new keys work existing locks) all that's needed?
