FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we look at a project we provide the customer a price, we usually don't do an hourly rate, because with technology and today's connected devices, there are hang ups that can sometimes happen. We would never want the client to feel like, we are stuck on some issue while their bill is just climbing up higher and higher. When we tell our customers a price, that's the price. There are no surprises, and we stand by our work. If something takes longer than what we anticipated then usually eat that cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to speak to a customer either through email or phone and then we schedule a date and time to meet them for a free consultation. We then walkthrough the project with them and jot down everything the client wants, and how they want it to work. We then provide a free estimate with a few different options for gear, ranging across all budgets from low end to high end and let the customer make the choices they want. We always give our customers a few choices, and tell them this is the low end equipment, this is a medium and this is high end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 15 years experience, major trainings across all major brands as well as computer science degrees.
