- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally like to provide a flat fee which includes equipment, travel, and service. My pricing is competitive and I am always willing to discuss payment and pricing options to fit my client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important component of working with a new client is communication. I want to be sure I am the right fit for your event and I do that by starting our working relationship off with a conversation. We'll talk about the event, setting expectations, preferences, etc... It's time well spent to ensure the best possible outcome.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started music entertainment professionally in 2016, although I have been working with music for quiet some time. I found an opportunity to help friends and families with music entertainment and then decided it was something I'd like to continue to do professionally.
