I had been putting off getting a few things fixed and was so glad I called Dan. The caulking around the bathtub needed to be done, the bathroom sink was running super slow, and the outside electrical outlet needed to be replaced. Dan whipped everything into shape, and exceeded my expectations by using a new tube of caulk, instead of the one I had provided (in order to ensure the best results possible), the outside outlet was now in perfect order, and he educated me about the drain situation, which lead to my bringing in a rotor rooter, which lead to even more being resolved. I so appreciated his honesty and expertise. And, it's done! Easy! Dan has extensive experience and is a trusted, reliable resource, and very personable as well. : )
