FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and competitive to the market. We are also willing to work with customer’s on financing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer inquires and then the initial phone call occurs where we determine exactly what services they are looking for and their goals to be met from the spray foam insulation. This can include saving energy, creating a moisture or sound barrier, air sealing or thermal barriers and lowering heating costs. The next step is a walk through to take measurements and determine the best application and execution for the project and from there we create an estimate and return it to the customer as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the process of becoming SPFA certified. This is a national organization that teaches you anything and everything about spray foaming. Owning an insulation company in Wisconsin does not require being licensed, so getting SPFA certified is the closest thing to being licensed. Education also includes: IDI training in Hartland, WI and Spray EZ training in Yulee, FL.
