- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on how far I need to travel. If clients come to me then my rate is definitely lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will go over your medical history and your fitness goals. I will give you an initial fitness evaluation. You will weigh in and I will log your measurements. Going forward I will develop a fitness plan for you. Starting out most clients need to train with me at least 3 days/ week and then some on your own as well. I will check your weight and measurements weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a Personal trainer through The Aerobics and fitness association of America (AFAA). I have training in Senior fitness as well and currently taking a class for fitness during pregnancy. I have trained children, teens, young adults though senior citizens. I have also worked with clients with Multiple sclerosis.
