- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to Police, fire, paramedics, military, veterans and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out how to meet their needs and budget. We start with a date, budget and venue and then work towards a cuisine and menu that will fit for them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary arts degree as well as my food manager certification. I also require all of my employees to have a food handlers permit before handling any food and work towards their food managers certification.
