FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step in working with a new customer is learning what the customer needs, the second is figuring out how to best meet those needs. After an introductory series of questions, I often find that continued communication throughout the project is important. Customer satisfaction is important to me, before, during, and after a project has been completed. While positive reviews are preferred and appreciated, I see negative reviews as an opportunities to correct any mistakes made, free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA in English from Shenandoah University. During my time at SU, I worked as a writing tutor in the Learning Enrichment Center. As a writing tutor, I helped developing undergrads improve their writing skills through reviewing their works in progress. I have learned to recognize dozens of undesirable writing traits as well as ways to fix them.
