FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a flat fee with optional add on's such as (cover letter, linkedin profile, etc). I like to stay competitive and not overly price my services as I find it much more rewarding and valuable to help others. I guess that's the educator mindset in me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with reviewing a client's current resume and knowing what their end goal is for the desired position. We then set up an initial phone conversation / or email (whichever works best) to debrief on the client's expectations, goals, and answer any questions. Next, is when my work begins on providing quality resume writing/editing services. The final product is then given back to the client, based on the agreed turnaround time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Marketing specialization. I've worked in the corporate environment as a marketing specialist, human resources, business consultant, business educator, and am the co-founder of a custom furniture company with my husband. I don't necessarily do all the furniture build, but I manage of admin side of the business. For several years and now I've been providing resume writing services to friends and peers -- and now want to expand my services in helping prospective candidates increase their odds of getting "THE" call for an interview.
