- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every campaign and web development project is different. Each client has unique needs and goals. We work hard at listening to what our clients are saying in order to facilitate for each of them a successful outcome. Most of our pricing is by project via a detailed, itemized proposal. Some of our services are provided on a monthly and annual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE 30 minute consultation to all new clients so we can get to know one another. If we need to give it more time, that's what we'll do. We do our best work for our clients when we know what their business is all about and have a clear understanding of their goals. We never lose sight that our job is to develop the tools that help YOU relate to your customers and grow YOUR business! After the phone consultation we'll prepare a detailed proposal for you to review. We'll then schedule time to walk through the proposal and give you the opportunity to ask questions. Once we get the "green light", we move forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of award-winning professionals collaborate to produce creative marketing solutions that work. Collectively we have over 100 years experience in the advertising and marketing industry and hail from some of the best design schools in the world. Our staff writers are Duke University graduates. We follow a process that insures the team understands each nuance of the project they're working on. Twice a week a team of front-end designers, web developers and content writers meet with a project management team.
