FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When dealing with an insurance claim Remediation 911 will accept an Assignment of benefits (AOB). This means Remediation 911 will be paid for its services directly from the clients insurance company due to the agreement signed between the client and Remediation 911. Other service costs we provide depends on the type of job it is and the square footage of said services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with any of our clients is to make sure they understand the process of mold remediation and what they should expect as far as time frames. From time of first visual and infrared inspection, to the mold assessment and remediation protocol, to the performance of said protocol and finally the post remediation assessment, we keep our clients informed every step of the way. And if and when it is determined our clients are not receiving the protection their insurance companies are legally obligated to give them, then Remediation 911 can refer our clients to insurance claim lawyers who will. Lawyers who specialize in denied, delayed or underpaid insurance claims.
