Introduction: I am a recent graduate from West Chester University with a degree in exercise science. My major was centered around personal training clients in strength and aerobic training, as well as rehab. I currently train clients at Premier Personal Training in West Chester, and am willing to come train new clients at their home. I work one on with one with clients to create a program and train them to help achieve their fitness goals. I am passionate about what I do. I enjoy training people because it helps keep me motivated to work on myself and my fitness. I also love helping people make the progress they want and make a positive effect on their life.

Jessica has been my personal trainer for 3 months now and in that time I have increased my overall strength, endurance, and muscle tone. I am a competitive athlete in roller derby, and Jessica has helped me attain my crosstraining goals in time for our international playoffs this past weekend. Not only did we win gold and a place at championships, but I personally performed the best I ever have, and I have the stats to prove it! Thank you Jessica! Jess is a motivating, knowledgeable and supportive trainer. I have been working out with her for 2 months now and I've dropped more than 4% body fat and have very noticeable changes to my body - more muscle definition and I'm losing inches. Our workouts are fun and different every single time and I look forward to them every single week!     I have experience working with a variety of clients! Men, women, teenagers to elderly, athletes to beginners who are just starting to exercise. I have worked with clients who just had surgery (hip replacement, knee surgery) and came to me to strengthen that area.
