- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the size of the job, the amount and cost of materials used and time. All pricing will be explained verbally and written to each customer after carefully reviewing all materials and steps within the project. This is all to allow a better understanding and re-assurance before a contract is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will schedule an initial consultation where we come out to the project site and speak with the owners free of charge. During the consultation we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your particular project and to create a plan that mutually works best. Then, a proposal will be mailed out within a day to the owners to show all of the covered material and to provide the option of accepting Sarmento and Sons to complete the job. Following acceptance, a contract will be completed with proper signatures and providing all financial information. A start date will then be assigned for proper preparation and completion of the job. The final step is for the owners to simply enjoy their newly completed project.
