- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
COMPUTER MAINTENANCE (PC Only) · System Diagnostic - $25 (cost applied toward final bill) · Virus/Malware Removal, System Cleanup* - $50 · Operating System Restore/Re-Installation* - $75 (with/without data recovery) · Operating System Restore/Re-Installation - $100 + data restoration & re-installation of all requested software* · Hard Drive Replacement - $150 (includes Operating System image) *2 hours allotted for each service. An additional fee of $15 per quarter hour is charged for jobs beyond 2 hours. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is imperative that I have a clear understanding of the customers issue(s) and the expected outcome of a service call so I can be as prepared as possible before arriving. This will also allow me to estimate a projected service charge so the customer knows what to expect cost wise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess an A.A.S. in Information Systems (Micro-computer an Internet Programming) along with the following professional CompTIA certifications: A+, Network+ and Security+. Additionally, I'm also (and currently working as) a certified Cisco VOIP Engineer.
