Introduction: As a professional CPA who has over 30 years of experience, I help individuals and businesses to make more money and keep more of what they make. I provide affordable and friendly tax preparation, but more importantly, I look for ways to help clients save on taxes. I do individual, corporate (both regular and S-Corp), LLC, partnership, benefit plan, nonprofit, estate and trust tax returns as well as payroll tax returns. I consult with business owners and prospective business owners to structure their businesses in the most cost- and tax effective way for their situation, including setting up corporations, S-corporations, LLCs, and nonprofit organizations. I also consult on accounting system selection, design, implementation and training and provide outsourced CFO/controller services. I enjoy helping clients find ways to keep more of what they make, because I'm firmly convinced they will do better things with the money than any government ever will.
