Introduction: I currently have my Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, with a Minor in Health from the University of Utah. On top of that I am a certified ACE Health Coach and a certified Personal Trainer. I am also a former Division I Baseball Player from the University of Utah. I have personally gone through a rigorous strength and conditioning program that helped me compete at the highest level possible! I am passionate about fitness and getting my clients the results they are looking for. I specialize in strength training, agility, conditioning, weight loss, baseball specific exercises,stability, corrective exercise and Health coaching for all ages. I have experience training people from 12-13 to senior citizens. I enjoy working with people and connecting with them on a personal level! I have worked with several trainers over the years and Brian stands out for his listening and research to collate a program specific to my dietary and physical needs. His thoroughness and dedication are top notch. I felt completely at ease during the sessions. I highly recommend him and I will be returning to book additional sessions with him.

Brian has really been helpful getting me back attending the gym he has worked around my medical issues getting me stronger and in better health than I've been in awhile. After my surgery I'll most likely go back to him as kind of a recovery and get going again on my weight loss goals. I really like him as his sessions not only worked my core strength but also got my cardio going as well

My experience with Brian as my trainer was excellent. He was able to get me on a reasonable diet plan, paired with an excercise program that gave me great results. I was a client for 3 months and during that time I lost 23 pounds and went down 2 sizes. He showed me a variety of excercises so I do not get bored, and kept me engaged. I didn't just lose weight, but gained muscle and changed the shape of my body. I am in my late 40's, but am now in the best shape I have been in for at least 15 years.

I worked with Brian on my strength training about six months ago and since then I have been able to increase in my weight training and stamina. Brian was very insightful about the different exercises and functionality of the techniques I learned from him. Since then we have fixed and re-structured my fitness goals to pursue greater achievements. He is an incredible trainer, I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who wants that extra benefit from having a professional coach! Two thumbs way up!!
