We had ACG come do the electrical work for our basement that's being finished and they were awesome. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our work ranges are so far and different it is hard for us to put a price on it all. Typically we charge a flat rate of 50-72 per hour depending on the type of service our customers are looking for. We can estimate the job for free and give you an exact price as well. The best process for us is to call us and schedule an appointment. We have an office with an office manager who can schedule things accordingly. We do not work out of our basement or home. We are 100% a legit business with 11 technicians, an actual building with offices and staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We love to meet and greet our customers and get to know them on a personal level. We have so many clients and help so many people and we treat them all like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have top of the line trained professionals in every filed of service we provide. Form master electricians to data technicians. Our techs are required to go to school and stay up to date with all codes and procedures of the ever changing technology world we live in.
