FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As much as we love our reoccurring customers, it's always great to help someone new! The first step to working with a new costumer is finding out the total number of windows that need to be cleaned and the options they are interested in receiving with their service i.e. Inside/outside, track cleaning, screen dusting/cleaning,, rain gutter clearing, and window well debris removing. The next, and most important, is to get their location and contact information. Once those are set, our company can get them booked in our scheduler.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have close to 6 years of expiernce cleaning windows and 4 years of strictly customer service background. Even with that, I am constantly learning "new tricks of the trade" so I can offer people the most current and competitive rates and services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was growing up, my father ran a small window cleaning business that I was fortunate enough to work for during my high school years. It's always been a passion being able to see such gratifying results. Now, as a father myself, I wanted something I could pass down to my 3 sons.
