- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no formula or perfect way to calculate pricing. I have no real rules or guidelines. I do base my pricing off, first, the client's budget. I then determine the cost on value-based pricing and go from there. Each job and client is different
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by building a relationship based on my client’s needs. This means asking a lot of questions. I need to know about their situation? What are their needs, their budget? Good business development is about building a relationship with a person and finding synergies. The goal is a respectful client relationship that becomes an effective working partnership and results in world-class product design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training and education in Photography & Sketch Art from Savannah College of Art & Design. I have a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale
