- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a one time price and also a reduced monthly recurring price. I am open and understanding to work with my customers to make budgeting easiest to fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Using Thumbtack of course the initial meet is over the phone. After a deserving phone call I make it my duty and top priority to come out and meet my customers as soon as both parties are available. A business relationship is personal and deserves a face to face interaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have recently become licensed in my field of work (May of 2016) but I have over a decade of experience with landscaping and lawn care.
