- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard bookkeeping pricing is banded based on the number of invoices or bank transactions. The advisory service is a flat fee based on the frequency of advisory meetings held i.e. Weekly, monthly or quarterly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify the needs and objectives of each client and tailor they service accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of professional education in U.K. and 20 years experience in Accounting.
