Introduction: I love what I do. I connect well with clients and truly believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is essential for success. I perceive therapy as a partnership, and I believe we are all capable of becoming our best selves. I work to educate in psychological theory, inspire insight, focus on personal empowerment, and motivate change. I have specialized training in sex therapy, eating disorders, and couples' therapy. In session, I employ several different treatment modalities tailored specifically to the client's needs. I am honored that I am welcomed into peoples' ives and minds, and enjoy helping them to be their best selves.
