Notarial Services Maximum Fees Add $20.00 Service Fee to ALL Requests All services Receive Receive State Raised Embosser Notary Seals *Verifying a VIN or Odometer $10.00 (per each action) *Attesting to a Photocopy $10.00 ( per copy) *Taking an Acknowledgement $10.00 (each seal) *Administering Oaths and Affirmations $10.00 (each seal) *Certifying Contents of a Safe-Deposit Box $18.00 per hour on site fee *Attach a certificate to a Self-Drafted Document $10.00 (per certificate) *Loan Signings:(1) (loan package) Mortgage or Vehicle Purchase/Divorce Signing/Other Start at ONLY $85.00 each minimum fee plus $20..... Service fee per each half hour, plus milage for all request at .65cents per mile. *Document Scan Fee $1.00 per page,$25.00 flat for each loan package *Affidavit of Notary Presentment Certification Base fee starts at $50.00 PLUS $20.00 per half hour for delivery to a nearby U.S. Postal Office until process is complete
