DJ Fivestar

Introduction: DJ Tony FiveStar was born and raised in Portland Jamaica. His love for music came from his Jamaican roots, a culture filled with rhymed and the birthplace of reggae music. He gained his motivation listening to sounds like Stone love; Renaissance; Killamanjaro and Tony Matterhorn, who inspired him to pursue his DJ career. Fivestar taught himself how to operate his own DJ equipment and quickly gain small gigs at local Miami radio stations, performing different style of music like Reggae, Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, Dance and Soca. In 2004, he relocated from Miami Florida to Columbus Georgia where he discovered that Columbus had no Caribbean music. Columbus a military town consist of different cultures including West Indians, but lack the entertainment and excitement of music and the nightlife that West Indian people enjoyed. Fivestar then began to DJ at local restaurants and hosted parties expanding his popularity and increasing his skills. From there he opened the gates for himself, he has DJ at clubs in Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, New Orleans, California, Bahamas, Aruba, Curacao, Belize, Mexico, Honduras, Grand Cayman and Jamaica. Has performed for about 3,000 people on Carnival Cruise Lines, also performed at Scratch DJ Academy Miami. His DJ skills and love for music and entertainment motivated him to develop his Internet radio station.
