Daisy, my 4 year old Doberman female takes the RSC advanced class. Daisy did puppy, beginner, and advanced classes at B&C before the owner passed away. RSC uses and has advanced the same tried and true principles that Daisy started at B&C. Daisy is a dog that needs attention and to be worked often (utilizing training exercises) to stay happy. There are many challenges for the dogs in training and it is evident that this training works. I bring Daisy to advance class several times a year because she and I enjoy the classes and there is always something new to learn. The trainers and other dog owners make the training experience even better. Out in public, I'm proud to say that my dog demonstrates how well trained she is, and that is a credit to RSC dog training. All of the classes follow a progression that will end with a well trained dog and owner. My only suggestion would be to continue to add new challenges for the dogs. I highly recommend RSC dog training.

Bob knows what he's doing. He gets to know the dogs and the owners. If you have a specific issue, he is very accommodating and really helps you out. He makes the classes fun and he talks to you as an equal, he doesn't talk down to you. If you have a question or problem, just ask!! I love taking Bob's classes! My dog Buster adores him! He loved going to class!

I was in a few training classes with Bob as the instructor. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the work he provides. I had great results with my Pitty, Diesel. Bob offered me great advice that paid off and made me look at training a whole new way. It is hard work with Bob and even harder at home but it was well worth the time, money and effort.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standardized pricing. Different dogs require different levels of structured training. In addition to this, travel charges for private lessons make standard pricing impossible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in any training for a dog is meeting with the client and discussing expectations and goals. While basic obedience can almost always start the first day, issues of aggression, possession etc require an assessment. Once we have discussed realistic goals (some breeds are simply never to be trusted off leash etc) the training can begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in Pitbull rescue for over two decades, mentored under a highly esteemed trainer who was also a highly respected Doberman breeder. I am also a Professional Member of the IACP, International Association of Canine Professionals.
