Introduction: I've been in the fitness industry for about 5 years and I've loved every moment of it! My background is in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning. With all these tools that I have gained in my toolbox over the past 5 years, I truly believe that I can help and guide you to where you want to be! My fitness philosophy is to create an environment that is motivating, fun, uplifting, non-judge mental, positive and healthy. I believe that following these guidelines and implementing the 3 C's (Commitment, Consistency, and a Can do attitude), no matter what your goal is, it is right there in your reach!
I love that I have the ability and opportunity to use my passion and understanding of the human body to change people's lives! It's my driving force to see people change and succeed! It excites me everyday to know that, today will be an opportunity to impact and transform someone's life! I also enjoy the process of building a personal relationship not only as a client and trainer, but as a friend that will be there through the high's and low's!
