Pricing varies depending on travel time and services desired by client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with measureing weight hight body fat for record. I will also have client conduct some mixed exercises to check clients ability and talk about their goals .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified in Canada and working toward my certification here in the US . I have current CPR/First aid training. I competed in several contest as best physique in my collage and state level and won first prize and certificate in my weight category .
