- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on the scope of the project, as well as the need to design and purchase materials and furniture to address the organizational issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for a consult to determine the scope of the work and the amount of time we estimate the project to take. During the consult we ask a host of questions to determine what the client's priorities are and how they live to insure we develop a plan that meets their specific needs.
