- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to get a visual of the work to be done and give a flat rate not to exceed price so my customer knows exactly what the move will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the move as a transition for the family. Sometimes there are special situations and adjusting to those needs is what makes the move a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in corporate relocation. I have been a owner operator with United Van Lines, Atlas Van Lines and Graebel Van Lines. I have seen just about everything and I can handle your move from start to finish.
