- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always ask as many questions to give the best estimate possible before we set up an appointment. We are fair and we will not try to upsell anything unless they ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact the customer a day before their appointment and 1 to 2 hours in advance to confirm their appointment, once upon arrival we do a walk thru and we let them know the process that we are going to be doing, while we are cleaning we love the customer to be present at all time that way they can see the quality of the work, once the job is completed we will do a final walk thru to make sure our job has been completed and satisfied. Our work is 100% satisfaction Guarantee.
