- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know what they are looking for in the project through a conversation. We exchange any files necessary and I begin to work. If I come upon any questions, I ask the customer, because I want the final project to be exactly what they want. I receive feedback from the customer and make any necessary changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Communication
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love creating designs and editing videos, so this was the field that I studied in college.
