- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price per the job, not hourly. I feel the customers appreciate an upfront price, and they don’t feel as if I am stretching the time on projects if I charged by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to physically look at the job, sometimes pictures will suffice, however not all the time. Then after I look at the work needed to be complete. I can give a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing field for over 12 years. I have my masters license in MD and WSSC, backflow certification, 2lb gas certification.
