What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet everyone in person (incl. pets) gather some basic info, verify the property line, sketch everything out and take measurements. Then let the homeowner choose amongst samples for the desired fence type to create somewhat of a visual, go over the details and cost, finally just pick a start date.
