FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price all of my cleanings at $0.10 per square foot. There are certain things that are up charges such as washing exterior windows, cleaning appliances and deep cleans. However, if it is a recurring service the price will be lower after the initial visit and if there is a home with quite a bit of square footage, say 3,000+ I charge less per square foot. But every job is different and all of my pricing should be confirmed by a free walk through to assess the condition of the property to be cleaned beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people whether they are customers or not. My typical first interaction with a customer is to just speak to them for a moment, ask them how they are and how their day is and then find out what they are looking for in a cleaning. Communication is key and I do my very best to make sure the customer and I are on the same page and I can give them what they are needing. I always make sure to let them know how my pricing works and if there are any up charges for certain services so that there are no surprises or misunderstandings. I want to make sure I leave with a very satisfied customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have life long experience with cleaning from being a child and being taught by my mother to clean and doing chores around the house, to teaching my own daughter now. I also have experience with working with my brother and sister in law in Louisiana with their cleaning company. I also clean for all of my family regularly.
