- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start with a (free) consultation to see if we can work together and I feel I can assist the prospective client(s). Upon being retained I get pertinent data from the client(s) and have all necessary documents prepared to start the process. I utilize efficient modern business techniques to assess financial data including spreadsheets to create a realistic baseline for discussion. I also focus on the immediate well-being of children in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
endless business and life experience, multiple relevant degrees including a BS in Business and Psychology, an MBA with emphasis on finance, a law degree, and most importantly in-depth Mediator training, in addition to constant continued education in psychology, behavioral and neuro-sciences, technology and social media, etc.
