- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount sessions for multiple weekly sessions. If a client schedules 3 sessions a week, pricing is as follows...1st session $60, 2nd $50 & 3rd $40. I also don't charge extra for multiple clients training at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get an idea of what their goals are and develop a plan to make possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University. I interned at the Cleveland Clinic. Helped run two 12 week exercise programs at KSU. One for faculty members and one for local senior citizens. Since beginning in '16, I've trained over 100 different clients. I've worked with athletes, senior citizens, people rehabbing from injuries/procedures and taught boot camp classes at senior homes & businesses.
