- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our training packages by the month based on the number of times per week that you meet with your trainer. All training packages include full access to the gym at any other times. This allows us to deliver the highest level of results for minimal investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a fitness assessment and goal setting interview. After the assessment, a progressive program of exercise and nutritional recommendation is designed and implemented to help you achieve your goals as rapidly and efficiently as possible.
