- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the amount of space/number of rooms that need cleaning, as well as the number of cleaners that would need to be on the job in order to complete it in a timely manner, we offer a quote to the client. This quote is developed in such a way as to offer a fair, market wage to each cleaner and to cover the minimal cost of supplies used during the cleaning project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we get an idea of the cleaning project the client has in mind. For instance, is it a business or an office that needs cleaning? How many square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. need cleaning? Would the client describe the cleaning as a move-out/vacancy of a unit, a maintenance cleaning, or a deep cleaning? With this information, we can make a quote or bid for the client's project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning homes and businesses for two years, and we have a full suite of supplies that we bring with us to our clients.
