FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on all projects. It is sometimes diffict to give an estimate based on limited information and not actually seeing the job site. I prefer to speak with the customer directly and schedule a time to look at the proposed work site. I can then give a more accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to meet with the potential customer first. It is much easier to get a feel for what the customer is looking for out of me. I think it also aides in letting the customer "get to know me" better as well. It is difficult to know exactly what a customer is looking for through an email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved with the construction and service trade for over 20 years. I also have 3 years of vocational building trades experience. I have been a career firefighter for 17 years which allows for free time to pursue other business during my off days. This career has assisted with critical thinking and solution to remedy numerous issues and problems.
