- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel pricing is extremely difficult to quote with minimum information. I personally do not like to give a blanket quote because I feel it gives a potential client false hope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to qualify a new client by asking the important questions: dates of travel, destination, wants, needs, and desires for a trip prior to giving a quote. I feel this is extremely important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. I believe having an extensive background in customer service is important in the travel industry.
