- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yira typically charges $50/hr for personal training and $60/hr for massage if a client books a single session. However, we offer quantity discounts for clients willing to pay up front and book multiple sessions and can offer as low as $40/hr per session if a client is willing to book 12 sessions up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Yira evaluates a client's particular needs thoroughly in terms of time, location, and personal preference, matching that client with a professional who best fits the client's requirements. Once the date and time of a first appointment has been confirmed, an e-mail is dispatched to the customer with a picture of their professional, their qualifications, contact information, and other relevant information. The matched professional will contact the client prior to the first session to introduce themselves and to ask/answer any outstanding questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professionals are 100% certified, experienced, and background-checked who have certifications from ACSM, ISSA, ACE, NASM, and more. All personal trainers are also CPR certified and required to have their own insurance.
