Introduction: My speaking and consulting comes from the heart. I've learned that being open about my failures and mistakes is hard, but the connection it allows me to make with others is powerful. Is life hard? Yes! Can you overcome? Yes!
Will you fail? Will you be told no? Will those close to you tell you can't succeed?
It took me many years to realize the correct answer to these questions. It took me even more years to realize that money and material things weren't the answers to my problems.
My successes allow me to connect on the motivational, leadership and organizational side. To be successful you must follow the law of process and do things in the right order. When you follow the law you are successful, but when you ignore it you fail miserably.

His experience spans the areas of commercial real estate acquisition and redevelopment, automobile sales, direct product sales, web-based marketing, and strategic partnership facilitation.

In 2012, 2013 and 2104 his parent company was ranked by Inc Magazine’s Inc 5000 as one of the fastest growing small businesses in the United States. In 2014, 2015 and 2016 his real estate management company was listed as one of the largest in the Piedmont Triad.

During his time as part owner and VP of Sales and Marketing, Physicians Pharmaceuticals (Soy.com) received the Fast 50 Award from the Business Journal for being one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Piedmont Triad region in 2001, 2002 and 2003. In 2004, Entrepreneur Magazine ranked Physicians Pharmaceuticals as one of the hottest businesses in the functional foods category.
My desire is to help others. Whether this is finding more time for the family or balance between work and life, developing a plan to increase sales or helping someone find their passion.
It's quite satisfying to see someone overcome obstacles and obtain their professional or personal goals.
It's not easy. it takes handwork and dedication but the results are well worth it!
