Alan was amazing! We live in an old mill that was converted to condos. Alan took the time to understand the nuances of the space and what may be hiding behind the walls before he started. Then he was able to quickly get our 55” tv mounted. The work he did is awesome and we are so happy. I would highly recommend Tuttle Audio & Video Solutions to anyone needing to have AV installed.

Alan installed a whole house CAT-6 network with 18 hardwired ports throughout the house and three wireless access points. No more messy cables for us, it's all nicely tucked in the walls. He also mounted a TV and routed all it's cables through a conduit so it looks very tidy. I am 100% happy with the results and I would absolutely recommend him.

Alan did a great job. He mounted 3 of my tv's to the wall and 1 to the fireplace. He also installed surround sound on 2 of the tv's and a wireless mesh system. He was very patient explaining everything to me. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him for all of your audio/video needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair. From mounting the TV to doing hole home surround sound system, security systems, surveillance systems, and home theaters. I also do data wiring, home/business networking, and smart home technology. I am a local business that thrives from continuous business from our community due to fair prices and professional work. It’s $85.00 if the customer has the mount and the TV is 55” and under, $160.00 if I provide Tilting Mount ($75.00 for Mount), $235.00 if I provide Full Motion Mount ($150.00 for Mount), $155.00 for internal concealment, $55.00 for external concealment, and $75 added to the installation if the TV is going on Brick/Rock/Concrete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figure out what the customer is looking for, set a budget and price, set a time that best fits the customer’s schedule, complete the installation, and make sure the customers happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the wiring, Audio, Video, Security, Surveillance Systems, and Home/Business Networking business for almost 15 years.
