Debbie Gloss Properties managed my rental property for a number of years. Through my experience of living abroad the expert, conscientious management of my property was stress free. Debbie Gloss in my personal opinion performed at the highest level of expertise. When I decided to sell the property, all aspects of the sale were completed in a most timely manner. Debbie managed my condo for over 8 years. She did a great job of keeping the condo rented, finding well qualified renters, always took care of any repairs quickly using qualified repair people. She was great at communicating - keeping me posted on things that needed attention or just how things were going. She would contact me if a renter was moving at the end of the lease or if they wanted to continue / extend their lease. She would contact me when she found a new renter to discuss the application and pertinent information. She knows the area and what the market will bear for rents. I can't think of anyone who would be better at managing properties than Debbie did. She was more than the manager of my property - she was a partner. I really appreciated everything she did and then when I decided to sell the property, she assisted me with that as well.
