- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% of the first month's rent is lease up fee and balance of the tenant's lease the management fee is 10% of the rent. Multiple unit owners will receive a discounted management fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If there are tenants currently residing in the home I introduce myself and will inspect the interior and exterior. If vacant I am locating and vetting new tenants which includes credit, criminal, income and rent verifications. If the home needs work I can facilitate a project to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years in the same field the last 9 having my own business as Debbie Gloss Properties, LLC.
