- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is very reasonable for the industry and once I quote and give a customer a price I normally will stick to that price unless it's something out of the ordinary which was unseen at the time of providing the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I receive a quote and I replied to the customer I wait for an address and a contact telephone number which I immediately will make arrangements to visit that customer and keep that appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor degrees in agronomic sciences and Horticulture + 20 years irrigation systems and Wells.
