Introduction: I'm a former military officer and diplomat who's led hundreds of men and women to achieve important missions on four continents, three US Embassies, two tours of combat, and the Pentagon. I'm experienced, educated, and trained to counsel, inspire, motivate, and lead. My professional qualifications include master's degrees in International Relations and Political Science, and a highly-cultured disposition from living in 10 countries and 13 states. Further qualifications include advanced studies in Management, Leadership, and Behavioral Dynamics which have enabled me to hone the practice of motivational theory, emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence. I'm an honor graduate of the Command and General Staff College and have received numerous awards and honors to include an honorary commission to the Order of Kentucky Colonels and an honorary induction into the Order of St. George. I've also served as a senior leader advisor to U.S. ambassadors and countless U.S. and foreign Generals. I help clients manage and improve the health of their spiritual, cognitive, physical, and emotional well being. This is enabled with tools and methodologies for Balance, Goal management, Reflection, Perspective, and Self-discipline. I endeavor to help clients identify their roadblocks, establish achievable goals, generate creative solutions, build confidence, develop sound plans, organize, and win. I enjoy the process of helping clients rethink possibilities, revise outlooks, devise strategies, and (ultimately) reshape their reality. Our bodies will do whatever our minds tell them to. The mind must be able to organize and manage positive and negative information in a way that does not stymie one's effectiveness and jeopardize one's health. I enjoy the process of assisting one in fine-tuning his or her mind, to prepare and employ it for infinite successes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session or two would be used to gain an understanding of the client's background, challenges, and goals. As these are understood, the client will receive tailored tools and methodologies to enable progress and achievement of desired goals. Frequent communication and evaluation would enable methodology adjustment as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over two decades as a US military officer -leading, managing, counseling, and inspiring hundreds of uniformed personnel and civilians.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure their scope of education and experience is rich enough to harness the needs of your specific project. You don't want the professional who might be able to help. You want the professional who's truly been-there-done-that at the highest levels of the game. Ensure the professional has a sound grasp of varied learning styles and coaching/teaching styles. A professional must be prepared to present his or her material in a variety of ways to ensure he or she will connect with and influence any client. Professional competencies must include experience in the art and science of teaching/coaching/mentoring.
