My husband and I have worked with Erin several times over the past several years, and she is great! She worked within in our budget. She was able to use our current furniture and add small pieces and accent decor to make our home beautiful. I really feel that she listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted in our design style with functionality. We actually just sold our home that she helped us decorate and the feedback we got from potential buyers was all positive including "your home looks like it should be in a magazine" and "beautiful home, very warm and inviting." We actually received full asking price for our home within 2 weeks of putting it on the market, and I know it was because of Erin's design. We cannot wait to work with Erin again and see what she does with our new home!

I recently started working with Erin and I have to say she is so personable and easy to get along with. She listened to what I wanted and hit everything on the head. We went shopping and she ran around putting things together that I loved and then hung it all in my house!!!! That is my least favorite part and she is a PRO at it. My house is now a home and I plan on conquering more rooms with Erin in the future. You cannot go wrong with Erin!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the need of service: I have an hourly fee or one time consult fee structure
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss project via phone or email. Set home visit, discuss needs further, and see space. Then I get to work for you... We meet again and I present designs. ( floor plans, paint, furniture, window treatments, accents) If all goes well, you move forward with purchasing design. It doesn’t end there... I keep you in the loop while we are waiting for your product and then I come to the install for the big reveal to give you the perfect finishing touches, which is my favorite part !!!
