We have flat and flexible pricing systems that are designed to achieve the best possible results for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a quick getting-to-know-you brief. It might be a phone call or an in-person meeting or even a video chat. Then we do a massive amount of research and brainstorming to provide you with a proposal that includes a comprehensive audit of what you are doing, what you should be doing, and what you need to stop doing. Then we outline a proposal that includes few different strategies for accomplishing your online and creative goals with a few different price points. The great thing about this process is that we do it free - so if we don't end up working together you're armed with an extremely detailed project overview for another provider to work with, saving you valuable time on getting your project started. And if you need something we can't do, we'll get you pointed in the right direction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff come from a wide variety of educational backgrounds including majors in computer science, game design, electrical engineering, production, marketing, literature and writing, behavioral psychology, and even government. We're proud to have a staff of alumni hailing from Harvard University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Rhode Island, Worcester State University, and more.
