- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As all cakes are made to order prices vary. Industry standard is $5 per slice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss availability, then go over budget and vision. From there we can meet and go over all of the decorative details, flavors and delivery. We can also do this over the phone. Once deposit is received the date is yours! I only do a limited number of cakes per week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wilton graduate of classes Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Gum-paste. All other skills self taught while working at 4 different bakeries. Next Great Baker Auditioned Season 2013. Winner of several Cake decorating & baking competitions. Also competitor of 2 live competitions.
