- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price for a basic website is $400. We offer a personal branding package that costs $600 and includes a minimalistic logo design, business cards, and social media optimization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a basic conversation about what a customer or client wants to do. We focus on finding and setting goals - because the next step involves figuring out the best way to achieve those goals. Then we begin working, testing, revising, and working some more until a project is ready to launch! After that, we monitor results to make sure things are working. If they aren't, we tweak where necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone here has a unique background based on their specialty. We're all college educated with plenty of experience in our work - plus some of us have had some unique training in ethics and crisis management. But we do make sure everyone who works here has at least a basic background in coding languages, content development, graphic design, and marketing. We all go through annual refresher courses to make sure our skills stay sharp!
